Both directors regularly appear before the Commission and assist employees with unfair dismissal, general protections and other workplace issues, as well as claims involving unpaid wages and entitlements and advices about end of employment. Importantly, the directors have experience working on both sides of the employment relationship earlier in their careers, including advising employers. We aim to provide most of our services on a fixed fee basis so that clients have clarity and certainty about legal costs from the outset. We believe this approach allows employees to obtain legal advice and representation without the uncertainty that can sometimes arise with hourly billing. Where we consider that another form of pricing may be more appropriate or beneficial for your particular matter, we will discuss this with you openly and agree on the most suitable approach before any work proceeds.
